Why the staring one goes first

Its premise can be explained in a single breath. Jake gets caught looking at his girlfriend's sister, the embarrassment turns into a private game, and she keeps pushing it further while her sister remains close by. Both step-relations are spelled out in the title and all of them are adults, so you know the setup before you press play.

It also has the shortest first episode, at 53 seconds. That is not a large virtue, but when you are sampling something, shorter is kinder. And the synopsis puts her character squarely in charge of events, which is the closest thing in the series to the Kenzie of the chat: someone who enjoys making you uncomfortable.

Why the neighbor comes second

This one changes the arrangement, which is why it works as a follow-up. You have moved in, the married neighbor across the hall keeps knocking at 3am with something broken, and her husband happens to work nights. The title has already told you where this is going, and we respect that.

The cast also includes Simona Rossi, so it is the one place of the three where you are not spending all your time with a single lead. The synopsis does not say who plays which part, and neither will we. At 68 seconds, its opener is the longest of the three, which still will not trouble anyone's evening.

Why the therapy one waits

We are not saving the weakest for last. Step-Sister's Secret simply asks more of you. A woman enters therapy to stop obsessing over the man in her mother's house, then learns that the therapist, her mother and both sisters are apparently writing his desire like a script. That is a stranger, more knowing idea than the other two, and it is more interesting for it.

It also rewards some familiarity. If you already know how she comes across on screen, the odd framing has more to play against. If it is your first, you may spend the free episodes working out what kind of series you are in. Go here first if you prefer a puzzle.

When to open the chat

The series and the chat are different products under one name. In the chat she is the creator from her profile, occupying your room for reasons that she will not share, and the Minx House page explains how little we know about that. The series put her in other setups altogether.

That is why we put the chat after the free episodes. If you like her look and her presence, you then have a reason to find out whether you also enjoy being mocked by her in lower case. If what drew you in was the attitude alone, skip ahead and go straight to the chat. Nothing in the source says that you must see the series first.
